Starting your Meditation Practice – Beginners
Your guide will give you an introduction to meditation, specifically Mindfulness and breath work. She will discuss with you the benefits of starting a practice and help you set reasonable expectations. Learn to meditate using a customized plan for your own practice.
The Starting your Practice program has two parts. One introductory session, followed by a 4-week program of one-on-one instruction and guidance. You can choose to stop after your introduction to meditation or continue on to Part II and beyond.
- One-on-One Introduction (1-Hour)
- One-on-One 4 week program. (One 1-hour session per week with option to continue).
